Plexr® Plus is a non-surgical aesthetic treatment that uses plasma energy to sublimate (turn solid to gas) the superficial layers of the skin without spreading heat to surrounding tissues. This process creates an instant contraction and tightening of skin fibers, leading to significant skin rejuvenation and lifting.

It is highly effective for a non-surgical blepharoplasty (treating excess eyelid skin and under-eye bags), reducing wrinkles like crow's feet and smoker's lines, removing benign facial lesions, and improving the appearance of acne scars.

To ensure your comfort, a strong topical anesthetic cream is applied 45 minutes before the procedure begins. The treatment itself takes about 30 minutes. The treated area will form tiny dark brown spots called "carbon crusts," which protect the new skin underneath and fall off naturally in about a week.

While results are visible after just one session, a series of 1-3 treatments is typically recommended for optimal and long-lasting outcomes. Sessions should be spaced 6-8 weeks apart.

Post-care is critical for this treatment. The treated area must be kept completely dry for 7 days, and you must not pick or scratch the carbon crusts. After 24 hours, you can gently cleanse the area with a neutral soap and water, patting it dry carefully. Once the crusts fall off, using a high-SPF sunscreen on the new skin is mandatory.
